Sunrise to Sunset Rooftop Series at WeWork London
To launch WeWork’s UKI wellness program, I designed and executed a week-long rooftop wellness series across four London locations. This immersive event combined movement, music, and community to bring WeWork members a unique wellness experience.
Locations: King’s Place, The Hewett, Hoxton, The Monument
Dates: June 29 – July 1 2021
Concept: Partnering with Gymbox and Future Sounds, we curated daily rooftop sessions around key themes—Sweat, Ride, Holistic, and Strength. Each experience was elevated with live DJs, harpists, percussionists, and bespoke playlists, complemented by food, drinks, and premium wellness swag.
Role & Execution
✔ Venue Strategy – Vetted rooftops and assigned sessions based on health & safety guidelines.
✔ Event Management – Coordinated Gymbox trainers, sponsors, and partners for seamless execution.
✔ Marketing & Engagement – Developed a digital hub for event sign-ups, ran a multi-channel marketing campaign (on-site and digital) and recruited volunteers.
✔ Budget & Sponsorships – Managed a £50K budget, secured sponsorships, and coordinated media partnerships, resulting in coverage across at least five major publications.
✔ Performance & Impact – Tracked engagement KPIs, analyzed member interests, and optimized marketing efforts based on real-time data insights.
This series not only introduced WeWork’s wellness offering with a splash but also set a strong foundation for future wellness-driven initiatives.
